Had an unusual situation in my house with some rooms not getting enough airflow so had uneven temperatures in those rooms. I had two other company's come out and they never got back to me. Took a little bit to come up with a solution but Degree of Comfort figured it out and it now works better than ever! The technicians were friendly, professional and knowledgeable. Our A/C went out last night. Called one company early this morning, they were backlogged with appts but they referred us to Degree of Comfort. Called and they were able to send a technician, Brian, out just over an hour from calling. He was able to quickly diagnose the problem, explain the issue and fix. We now have cold air again, less than 24 hours from our system going out! I cannot express how impressed I am with the level of service and speedy resolution. When a major system like this goes out, there's so much anxiety around how long it will take to fix and cost. Degree of Comfort got it done super quick and at a VERY reasonable price. Our AC went out on the literal first day of summer (of course). I called Degree of Comfort and even though they were pretty packed schedule-wise, I was told they'd be able to come see me before the end of the day. True to their word, they were here by 3 and our AC problem was fixed quickly and confidently by Brian. He also explained what had gone wrong with our unit and gave the whole thing a once-over to make sure no other issues were on the horizon. I could not have been happier with the experience or the very reasonable price (I actually said "Is that all?" when I got the bill)...I'm convinced that one of the bigger companies would have upsold me/charged me more (and been less knowledgeable) to fix our somewhat tricky problem. Excellent technicians and customer service! A larger company inspected my unit and tried to push a bunch of additional services. Brian from Degree of Comfort was very helpful in explaining when some of those services would be required, what to look for, and my options moving forward.
